BIRDWATCHING – J. C. TROTTER MEMORIAL PARK – BURBANK

J C Trotter Memorial Park consists of varied vegetation including eucalyptus, Casuarinas, and Melaleuca trees. Occasionally Koalas are sighted in this area. The track leads through this bushland across to the shoreline of the Tingalpa Reservoir. There is limited parking in the park’s carpark but there is plenty of parking on Cherbon Street. There are no toilets at this location.

Following our walk, we will drive a short distance to the Koala Bushland Visitor Information Centre, Alperton Road, Burbank, (UBD Map 203 E16) for morning tea. There is further birding in this area and we can stay for lunch.

Please nominate on the NPAQ Website.
