Fancy a wander through Queensland’s oldest national park?

Embark on a captivating journey of discovery with NPAQ’s ‘Walk in the Wild’ Kids in Parks program!

This World Rainforest Day (22 June), we’re encouraging families to step into nature’s classroom and immerse your child in the wonders of Queensland’s oldest national park, with a guided walk at Witches Falls in Tamborine Mountain.

Guided by NPAQ staff with local knowledge of the forest, children will explore their environment, learning about native flora and fauna while discovering the delicate balance of ecosystems.

This immersive activity not only fosters a love for the great outdoors but also instils a sense of responsibility as budding stewards of nature. Join us on an eco-friendly adventure, where every step leads to a deeper connection with Queensland’s remarkable natural heritage!
