Volunteer with NPAQ
Are you an upbeat nature-lover who is keen to give back and interested in sharing your skills and experience – or perhaps in gaining some new ones?
Volunteers have always played a significant role in helping NPAQ protect this beautiful state, and we couldn’t be more grateful they have! Much of our work relies on the goodwill and dedication of our members, supporters, and volunteers. You, too, can be a vital player in NPAQ’s vision for Queensland – and have fun doing it.
Choose from the volunteering opportunities below or complete our volunteer expression of interest form here.

Encourage kids and community members to connect with national parks through assisting with our Junior Ranger, Cadet Ranger and Parks Connect programs and events (requires blue card).
