The Power of Pollinators: Explore the World of Native Bees

Discover the vital role of native bees in our ecosystem with NPAQ’s “The Power of Pollinators” Kids in Parks program! This event is designed to fascinate and educate young minds about the wonders of native pollinators. Families are invited to join us for an insightful exploration where children will get up close and personal with a native bee hive, providing a rare opportunity to observe these incredible creatures in action. Guided by an expert from the Brisbane Amateur Beekeepers Society, children and parents alike will have their questions answered about the lives of native bees, their importance to biodiversity, and how they help sustain our natural environment. This interactive program not only enhances knowledge but also inspires a deeper appreciation for these tiny yet mighty pollinators. Join us for a day filled with discovery, learning, and fun, and let your child become a champion for native bees and their crucial role in nature!
