Priors Pocket is a finger shaped piece of land bounded by the Brisbane River. It was once farm land but pockets of original bushland remain. Several good-sized lagoons attract a variety of water and wader birds. The surrounding bushland has in the past produced an extensive diversity of interesting birds. This should be a fascinating morning’s walk.
