Social Walk – Spring Hill Heritage Trail

Registrants assembled in readiness for this activity, but due the onset of a storm, for safety reasons, the activity was cancelled.

On this 3 kilometre walk we will explore the southern part of Spring Hill to learn some on the history of the area. We will note the changes that have occurred over the years in both development and architecture. Some hidden secrets will be revealed.

Bring morning tea to have before the walk, bottle of water, sun screen, hat, picnic lunch to carry in your backpack, rain gear. Wear comfortable footwear.

Meet: Outside Central Railway Station – across from Anzac Square Eternal Flame

Note: In the event of predicted wet weather, this walk may be postponed to a later date. Check with the leader on the day.

This activity will be conducted in keeping with Health Department Covid-19 directions regarding social distancing, good hygiene practices and group size in force for the venue/area at the time of the activity.
