Birdwatching – 24th October 2021 Sheepstation Creek Conservation Park, Upper Caboolture

Meet at 7.30 am at the end of Phelps Road, UBD 46 N20.

Directions: – Exit the Bruce Hwy at Exit 150, UBD 58L2 this is approx. 1.5 klms north of the large McDonald’s BP Service station. Travel west on Buchanan Rd for 2.5 klms and turn left, UBD 58A10 into Visentin Rd. 350 M turn right across rail tracks into Station Rd, UBD 58A11. Turn right at the roundabout into Morayfield Rd (Burpengary – Caboolture Rd), UBD 57R11. Turn left at the next set of traffic lights into Caboolture River Rd, UBD 57Q10, and follow for 7.9 klms before turning left into Phelps Rd. Park at the eastern end of Phelps Rd. 850 M before Phelps Rd on the left is the Upper Caboolture Farmers Assembly Hall, a toilet block is at the rear of the hall, UBD 46M18.

Bring: Hat, sunglasses, sunburn cream, personal first aid kit, enclosed shoes, binoculars, camera, chair, insect repellent, soap, hand sanitizer, face mask, morning tea, lunch, and any other necessary personal items.

This activity will be conducted in keeping with health department COVID-19 directions regarding social distancing, good hygiene practices and group size in force for the venue/area at the time of the activity.  Please do not attend this activity if you are feeling unwell on the day or may have had contact with Covid-19 in the 14 days prior to the activity.
