NPAQ Members are invited to our July Special General Meeting

NPAQ’s July Members’ Meeting will be a Special General Meeting, as the Council has proposed a rule amendment that requires a special resolution carried at an annual or special general meeting.

A Proxy Vote form is available for those who cannot attend in person. Please note that we need a quorum of 17 (including proxies) to consider the resolution. While we need those attending to RSVP before Friday 17 July for catering purposes, please note that Proxy Votes can be submitted right up to the meeting, but are best submitted for collation by midday Monday 20 July.

  • NPAQ Strategic Plan 2026–2028

  • Wendy & Clif Bell Legacy Project

  • Outcome of Member Events Survey

  • Proposed Annual Calendar of Events
