NPAQ Members are invited to our July Special General Meeting

NPAQ’s July Members’ Meeting will be a Special General Meeting, as the Council has proposed a rule amendment that requires a special resolution carried at an annual or special general meeting.

A Proxy Vote form is available for those who cannot attend in person. Please note that we need a quorum of 17 (including proxies) to consider the resolution.

  • 2025–26 Financial Year Overview

  • NPAQ Strategic Plan 2026–2028

  • Wendy & Clif Bell Legacy Project

  • Outcome of Member Events Survey

  • Proposed Annual Calendar of Events

  • Light afternoon tea.
