NPAQ holds a variety of weekend camps and mini outings each year. The location for each camp varies as does the amount of skill required to take part. Before nominating to attend, members are able to gauge the level of fitness required and discuss any concerns they may have with the camp leader. Walk gradings are provided so that participants have more of an idea about what to expect on each particular walk. The distance, terrain and fitness level required are all provided with the walk/camp description. Weekend walks are usually two to five days in length. Mini Outings are usually six days to up to two and a half weeks in length.
